Natural Stone contains an inherent beauty due to its array of colours which constructs a stunning and unique canvas for any exterior project. Natural stone products will vary in colour, size and may contain imperfections such as veining, blemishes, holes and small chips on the corners. These are all positive characteristics of natural paving and help create an exclusive outdoor space.
We recommend ordering an additional 10% to allow for cuts and wastage or even the occasional slab that may not aesthetically suit.
All of our natural stone is sourced and quarried in line with ethical values.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the natural characteristics of stone – this includes imperfections, variation of colour and texture.

PLEASE NOTE
We urge all customers to purchase enough slabs to complete the whole project in the first instance and to mix all packs during installation to avoid obvious batch variation.
As natural stone weathers, colour variation can occur due to the mineral content oxidising and may also attract organic growth. Delamination can also occur but is not detrimental to the stones performance.
Some samples will not give an exact representation of all the colours that occur in each natural range. For a more accurate reflection of how your finished patio will look please visit our display area in our paving yard. We can also show you a crate to give you an idea on current stock and batches.
