Soils

The word topsoil relates to the top 50-200mm (2″ – 8″) and can also be referred to as loam. This is generally rich in organic matter, nutrients and micro organisms. We have been preparing soils on our site in Crews Hill for over 50 years and have a gained a superior knowledge from our time as commercial growers. All soil is chemical analysis tested at source before accepting to our site where it is then screened to 10mm. We only accept the best quality green field top soils. We also work closely with FA youth and premiership football clubs clearing surplus soil during the construction of 3G pitches.

A mix of 45% Soil, 45% Sharp Sand, 10% Fertiliser & Peat Substitute. Apply at no more than a depth of 6-8mm as a dressing, or to slowly raise lawn level. Encourages root growth. Perfect for rejuvenating lawns or for seeding or over seeding.
